5 Things That Are So Canadian
Alright, let’s take a minute to appreciate the things that are completely ours—because being Canadian isn’t just about saying "sorry" and pretending we understand Celsius better than Fahrenheit.
1️⃣ Poutine. France gave us fancy cheese, but only Canada said, "You know what this needs? Fries and gravy." And now, we’ve peaked.
2️⃣ Ketchup chips. The rest of the world doesn’t get it, but that just means more for us.
3️⃣ The Tragically Hip. No other country can claim Gord Downie, and honestly, that’s their loss.
4️⃣ Bagged milk. Yes, we drink our milk out of bags. No, we don’t understand why Americans are so weirded out by it.
5️⃣ The one-dollar coin named after a bird. Only Canada could say, "Let’s replace our dollar bill... but make it adorable." And boom—the loonie was born.
