Tuesday night Justin Bieber performed a special concert on a rooftop in Paris which he livestreamed to his fans through his YouTube channel. The 15-minute set includes, “Hold On,” “Somebody,” and “Off My Face” and “2 Much” all songs from his latest album Justice.
