Paul Rudd not going to jail! Marisa Tomel’s new role!

Phil Rudd, the drummer for AC/DC, was sentenced to eight months home detention in a New Zealand court on Thursday after pleading guilty to charges of threatening to kill and possession of drugs. Rudd will be allowed authorized visits during his home detention but will also be monitored electronically. The band starts a world tour next month, including two concerts in New Zealand, but has replaced Rudd.

Now that Marvel and Sony have found their Peter Parker, the focus has turned to the aunt who raised him. Sources tell Variety that Marisa Tomei is the choice to play Aunt May in the next “Spider-Man” franchise. Sony and Marvel had no comment on the casting. Most of us still remember Marisa from her epic performance in My Cousin Vinny!

Report Claims Ben Affleck Cheated – Final Straw In Divorce

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner announced the end of their 10-year marriage last week and now, a new report is claiming Ben was unfaithful to his soon-to-be ex-wife. Affleck “admitted to cheating” within the last year, a source told this week’s issue of Us Weekly. A second source shot down the claims, telling Us “Ben did not cheat on Jen.”
