'South Park' Extended Through 30th Season, With 14 Original Movies Coming To Paramount+
South Park will be around for 30 seasons and 30 years.
Show creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker have signed a $90 million deal with MTV Entertainment through 2027 that will extend the show through the 30th season and provide 14 original South Park films for Paramount+ over the next six years.
The series, which premiered in 1997, has aired for 24 seasons, spawned multiple films and video games and we'll continue to follow the hijinks of the little Colorado mountain town for years to come.
