Toddler Raves Are Coming to Toronto: Meet the DJ Turning Nursery Rhymes Into Club Anthems

Forget bottle service. This rave has baby bottles. (Warning: Parents may need their own sippy cups with special juice for this show)
Australian DJ and producer Lenny Pearce is bringing his wildly popular Toddler Rave World Tour to Canada this fall, including a stop at Toronto’s Meridian Hall on Thursday, October 8, 2026 at 6 p.m.
And yes, it is exactly what it sounds like: a full-blown dance party where the crowd is considerably more likely to be wearing Paw Patrol shirts than festival crop tops.
Who Is Lenny Pearce?
Pearce has become one of the biggest names in the growing world of family-friendly dance music, describing his sound as “Toddler Techno.”
FUN FACT: His identical twin brother, John Pearce, is also well known to young families as the Purple Wiggle in The Wiggles.
After his daughter Mila was born in 2022, Pearce began taking the children's songs suddenly filling his house and giving them an electronic makeover. Nursery rhymes were paired with pounding beats, videos were shared online, and the idea quickly found an audience of parents who had perhaps heard "Wheels on the Bus" one too many times.

The concept has since exploded.
Pearce's official website says he now has more than three million social media followers, has sold more than 200,000 tickets internationally and has toured across Australia, New Zealand, North America, Asia, the Middle East and the U.K.
He's also worked with some very familiar names in children's entertainment, including Disney, Nickelodeon, Hasbro, Blippi, PAW Patrol, Warner Bros. and The Wiggles.
So What Exactly Happens at a Toddler Rave?
Think nightclub energy, minus the 2 a.m. regret.
Pearce takes familiar children's songs and nursery rhymes and transforms them with electronic dance and house-inspired beats. The result is a concert designed to get both toddlers and their parents dancing.
The shows are high-energy and interactive, with dancing, sing-alongs and audience participation. Depending on the venue, families may also encounter colourful lights, haze or smoke effects, confetti and balloons.
In other words, your toddler finally gets to experience the nightclub lifestyle they've been training for by refusing to go to bed.
The rave itself lasts approximately 60 minutes with no intermission, which is arguably the perfect concert length when some members of the audience still require emergency Goldfish crackers.
Is It Just for Toddlers?
Despite the name, no.
The events welcome babies, toddlers, older siblings, parents and grandparents. Pearce's team describes the raves as being for all ages.
Children under 12 months generally don't require a ticket, while children 12 months and older do. Parents and guardians also require their own tickets. Venue-specific policies can vary, so families should check the rules for their particular show before attending.
Parents of children who are sensitive to noise or visual effects should also come prepared. Protective headphones and sunglasses are welcome, particularly for kids who may find the music, flashing lights or other effects overwhelming.
The Toddler Rave Is Coming to Canada
Pearce's 2026 North American tour includes several Canadian dates.
He's scheduled to perform in Ottawa on October 6, Montreal on October 7 and Toronto on October 8, with the Toronto Toddler Rave taking over Meridian Hall at 6 p.m.
Pearce's tour has a pretty perfect slogan:
“Big beats. Little feet. Home before bedtime.”
Frankly, that's also a pretty solid description of partying after 40.
Families looking for tickets and updated tour information can visit Lenny Pearce's official Toddler Rave World Tour page or check the Toronto event listing through Ticketmaster Canada.
So, if your toddler has been looking for somewhere to throw their hands in the air, scream uncontrollably and dance until they're exhausted...
For once, there's an event where that's actually the appropriate behaviour.
