A New Law Has Banned Stores From Being Opened On Sundays in Poland.
Remember when Sunday's were for church and family lunches!
A new Polish law came into effect Sunday now banning Stores from being opened on the 7th day…. This is the first time that all major stores have been closed on a Sunday since the 90’s after the collapse of communism…
Naturally, this has stirred up a range of emotions… Some are for this old-school practice, while other’s would like the freedom to shop whenever they like!
A similar thing happened in Hungary in 2015. The ban on shopping on Sunday’s was so unpopular that it was repealed the next year.
