Barrie Store Getting a Facelift Thanks To Youth Program
Mac's StreetArt Mural Initiative Underway in Barrie
The Mac’s StreetArt program is kicking off in Barrie today. This one is run in partnership with the convenience store chain, and aims to keep youth out of trouble by encouraging graffiti… sort of. They’ll be with area youth working on a mural on the side of a Mac’s Convenience store on St. Vincent, and are hoping to have a big reveal on Thursday. The program claims these murals reduce crime in the area and helps in the beautification of it too.
