2% MILK IS MORE POPULAR THAN WHOLE, BUT ALMOND MILK IS GAINING
People are oddly passionate about this topic: In your opinion, what’s the best type of milk? Are you a 2% person, a skim milk fan, or are you kickin’ it old school and still drinking whole milk?
A new poll found 2% milk is now more popular than whole, and more people than you’d expect drink almond milk now. 33% of Americans drink 2%. Whole milk is next at 30%. Then almond milk is third at 23%.
Only 11% of us drink 1% milk, and 8% said skim. Things like oat milk, coconut milk, and soy milk ranked lower. And 9% of Americans don’t drink milk at all.
(People were allowed to pick more than one, so that’s why it doesn’t add up to 100%.)
