Drake's annual Strong Women, Stronger Drinks event returned to Toronto this week, and let's just say the gift bags were a little more impressive than the free pens and mints most of us get at corporate events.

The rapper hosted the exclusive gathering Tuesday night at Casa Loma, where women from across a variety of industries, including creators, entrepreneurs and business leaders, were treated to an evening that included luxury cars, cash prizes and some very expensive surprises.

According to social media posts, every guest walked through the door and received $1,000 in cash as a welcome gift.

Imagine arriving at a party and being handed a thousand dollars before you've even found the appetizer table.

Over the course of the evening, Drake reportedly gave away more than $2 million, including Mercedes-Benz G-Wagons, BMWs and cash prizes worth up to $100,000.

Among the winners was TSN Raptors reporter Kayla Grey, who left with a G-Wagon, $50,000 and a Birkin bag. Meanwhile, the rest of Toronto left with a renewed appreciation for finding twenty dollars in an old winter coat.

Drake praised the women in attendance, calling them creators, business owners and people he deeply respects. He encouraged guests to network, learn from one another and celebrate their accomplishments.

Of course, social media immediately had questions.
