Take on the Horseshoe Valley Hustle this Halloween! Join us for a full day of trail running, fall colours, costumes and community at Horseshoe Valley Resort.
Whether you’re looking for a family-friendly Halloween run, your next trail race, or an eight-hour endurance challenge, there’s a distance for every age and ability.
Race Options
🎃 Spooky Small Steps 1KM Halloween Dash
A fun, family-friendly run or walk open to all ages and abilities. Costumes are highly encouraged, strollers are welcome, and parents can accompany children at no additional cost. After the finish, stick around for Halloween candy and treats!
$10 from every 1KM registration will be donated to the Child & Youth Advocacy Centre Simcoe Muskoka (CYACSM) to support children, youth and families in our community.
🏃 5KM Trail Run
Take on a challenging and rewarding 5KM course featuring forested single-track, rolling hills and technical terrain. A great introduction to trail racing or a fast and fun challenge for experienced runners.
🏃 10KM Trail Run
Double the distance with two full loops of our rugged trail course. Expect climbs, descents and technical sections throughout as you put your endurance to the test.
⏱️ 8-Hour Endurance & Relay Challenge
How far can you go in eight hours? Take on our scenic and demanding 5KM loop solo or as a relay team of 2, 4 or 8 runners. Complete as many laps as possible before the eight-hour clock runs out.
