TAYLOR SWIFT MAKES VMA HISTORY... AGAIN

At this point, Taylor Swift doesn't attend award shows.

She goes to pick up her stuff.

Swift made history at the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards Sunday night, becoming the most-awarded artist in VMA history.

She entered the night tied with Beyoncé at 30 VMAs each, but pulled ahead after receiving the first-ever Artist Director Honors, recognizing her work behind the camera and her impact on music video storytelling.

And she wasn't finished.

Swift also won the night's biggest award, Video of the Year, for “The Fate of Ophelia” from her album The Life of a Showgirl.

She dedicated the award to the late Dolly Parton, calling her the “ultimate showgirl” and saying the world was lucky to have shared the planet with her.

Swift also used the VMAs to debut the music video for her new song “Patient Zero.”

She directed the video, which stars Colin Farrell and Dakota Johnson, with Johnson and Swift appearing as mirror images of one another.

So, to recap:

Taylor won another major award, broke another record, directed another music video and premiered it during the show.
