Justin Bieber welcomes his new baby sister! It appears that Justin’s appearance with his new fiancee last weekend was for a much bigger reason. Justin was waiting for the arrival of his new sibling… Yesterday his stepmother Chelsey Rebelo gave birth to a baby girl. Justin shared the great news with his fans, taking to Instagram writing, “my little sister BAY Bieber (sic).”
