HOW SUMMER LOOKS FOR US WEATHER-WISE
La Niña Is here! This climatological phenomenon is expected to impact our weather-big time this summer, playing an important role in controlling which areas of Canada will see increased amounts of precipitation.
La Niña is a climate pattern and is caused by a drop in sea surface temperatures in parts of the Pacific Ocean over extended periods of time. Basically, this messes with the northern jet stream, which, in turn, affects precipitation levels.

Ontario and Quebec will see an increase in moister resulting in higher levels of humidity in the region. So expect higher levels of humidity this summer! This will also give us more hot summer nights!
