A survey by Cotton USA found that 57% of couples who sleep in the nude reported being happier than those who wear PJs (48%), nightgowns (43%), or onesies (38%). Similar findings from a 2024 Avocado Green Mattress study revealed that 62% of nude sleepers have satisfying sex lives, while a staggering 72% of couples claimed sleeping naked positively impacted their intimacy.
