2,000 employees were asked to name the top phrases they'd love to hear from their boss. Here are the top five . . .
1. "Thank you.”
2. "I appreciate you doing that."
3. "That was helpful."
4. "Your time is valuable.”
5. "You went above and beyond on this.”
A few more that made the top ten include "How are you doing?" . . . "Well done" . . . "That's exactly what we hoped you'd do" . . . and "I know how busy you are."
