Yes, That’s A Rainbow Grilled Cheese

In Hong Kong they call this a “rainbow toastie,” it’s becoming a rising star on Instagram.  With a blend of 4 different coloured cheeses the biggest question is, does it actually taste like a normal grilled cheese?

Hong Kong Food Blogger’s review: “Lavender (blue), basil (green), tomato (red) and the yellow one is actually the combination of 4 kinds of cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, emmental, and gruyere.) The cheese flavour was still not as strong as my expectation. It was also a bit oily in general.”
