LINCOLN HAS A BUILT-IN “CHILL OUT” MODE FOR ROAD RAGE

Published October 5, 2026

If your commute has you screaming, “USE YOUR SIGNAL!” before 8 a.m., Lincoln would like you to calm down.

The Lincoln Navigator Reserve has wellness features designed to make driving a little less stressful, including technology created with the meditation app Calm.

WHILE YOU’RE DRIVING:

The vehicle's Elevated Journey app offers short mindfulness sessions you can listen to behind the wheel.

They focus on breathing, staying relaxed, thinking positively and dealing with frustration.

Basically, instead of screaming at the guy doing 87 in the passing lane, a soothing voice encourages you to breathe through it.

It can also be paired with BlueCruise, Lincoln's hands-free highway driving system, which can handle steering, braking and keeping you centred in your lane on compatible roads.

WHEN YOU REALLY NEED A TIME-OUT:

There's also Lincoln Rejuvenate, which only works while the SUV is safely parked.

It turns the vehicle into a mini relaxation zone for several minutes, using features inside the vehicle to help you decompress.

So instead of pulling into a parking lot and angrily texting your spouse:

“YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE WHAT THIS IDIOT JUST DID…”

You can sit there, relax and reset.

Honestly, if Lincoln really wants to eliminate road rage in Canada, the next model should simply come with a button that makes everyone GET OUT OF THE LEFT LANE.
