Stress May Be Killing Your Desires In The Bedroom

Do you suffer from "dead bedroom?"

According to a study published last year by BodyLogicMD, 51% of respondents said that stress has caused a “dead bedroom” situation.

19% of those say that they rarely, if ever, have sex with their partner.

“Dead bedroom” refers to a basically sexless relationship that can last for months or even years.

According to a wellness expert based out of Toronto, Kyle Buchanan, stress can kill your libido.

Buchanan says, stress can increase the production of the hormone cortisol in the body, which can suppress our sex hormones, creating a lower libido.
