Justin Bieber is REALLY sticking to his “No Fan Hugs” rule.
This video has surfaced online of a girl in a store where the Biebs was shopping, stepping up to him with her arms open and he harshly said “No”, and walked away ignoring her.
I get he doesn’t want to do hugs and selfies with fans anymore, fine. His choice. But that was just a bit rude don’t you think?
