Barrie Man Behind Bars They Say He Lifted Some Hooch
They Say He Tried To Pocket Some Scotch
Barrie Police say a local man’s love for scotch has put him behind bars. Police got the call to the Mary St LCBO around noon yesterday, from the store’s loss prevention officer. That officer says they had a man in custody, after they claim he was spotted grabbing two bottles of scotch and shoving them into his pockets. The 45-year-old Barrie man was turned over to police and charged with Theft.
