Disney Star Cameron Boyce Has Died In His Sleep

Disney star Cameron Boyce (best known for his roles in the Descendants and Grown Ups with Adam Sandler, has died in his sleep.

A spokes person for the family confirmed that the 20-year-old died after suffering a seizure. The family confirms that he was seeking treatment for a medical condition.

A statement from his family was posted to social saying; 

“It is with a profoundly heavy heart that we report that this morning we lost Cameron… The world is now undoubtedly without one of its brightest lights, but his spirit will live on through the kindness and compassion of all who knew and loved him,” the family’s statement read.

“We are utterly heartbroken and ask for privacy during this immensely difficult time as we grieve the loss of our precious son and brother.”

Descendants 3 is set to be released next month!
