I’m constantly on all fours cleaning up crap and spills left by my kids….
Apparently the hot new fitness craze is crawling.
Seriously. Instead of jogging or walking or whatever, you crawl around. Some fitness experts say that even a few minutes of it a day can help you build strength and get healthier.
If you want to try it, get down into a crawling position, make sure both of your arms and both of your legs are moving, and keep your head up looking straight ahead. It’s tougher than it sounds. Let me know how if goes….
