Sofia Vergara Is Joining America’s Got Talent!

Last Thursday, AGT announced that The Modern Family star will be joining Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, and Heidi Klum at the judges table for season 15!

Sofia made a statement to Variety about the news and said, 

“I’m so happy to join my new family on (‘America’s Got Talent,’). “This is a new and exciting next chapter for me and I’m extremely proud to be the first Latin judge on the show.”

Sofia will take the spot of Gabrielle Union after her controversial exit, and Julianne Hough also left the show last season.

Last November Union and producers butted heads over racism that they were unable to resolve.

Terry Crews is still hosting too.
