Meat Loaf Goes Vegan
... but he ‘won’t do that’.
His NAME might still be Meat Loaf but when it comes to eating meat, he says he ‘won’t do that’.
That’s because Meat Loaf just went vegan. He’s doing it to promote new plant-based menu options at restaurant chain Frankie & Benny’s. He’ll ditch meat and dairy for at least a month. ( FYI Meat Loaf was a vegetarian for 11 years in the past.)

Despite going vegan, at least for a month, he won’t be changing his name. He told the Daily Star, “When Frankie & Benny’s first approached me to rebrand to Veg Loaf I said no way in hell – I won’t do that. But, I’d do anything for our planet and dropping meat for veg, even for just one day a week, can make a huge difference.”
In other news, Meat Loaf doesn’t think climate change is real and he told the Daily Mail in the UK “I feel for that Greta. She has been brainwashed into thinking that there is climate change and there isn’t.”
So, he’d do anything for our planet except read the science? hmm.
