Alliston’s Deanne Rose Bringing Home Bronze

Scored a goal in Friday's bronze medal game

A bronze medal looking pretty good around the neck of 17 year old Deanne Rose of Alliston. She won it Friday with Canada’s women’s soccer team at Rio – she scored the first goal of the game. Deanne started playing soccer at age four, joined the Canadian youth program as a 15-year-old in 2014 and transitioned to the senior national team in December 2015.
